Piaggio Aerospace to take part in MEBAA Show in Dubai
Piaggio Aerospace, a leading Italian aircraft manufacturer active in the business and defense and security sectors, today announced it will participate in this year’s edition of the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) event, taking place at Dubai World Central between 6 – 8 December 2016.
The MEBAA Show is the largest and foremost business aviation event in the Middle East and Africa. During the show, Piaggio Aerospace will showcase the Avanti EVO, the third and latest generation of its iconic P.180 Avanti turboprop executive aircraft. The Avanti EVO accommodates up to nine passengers and is capable of flying at a maximum cruise speed of 402 knots (745 km/h), with a maximum range IFR of 1,809 nm, a climb rate of 2,770 fpm, and a maximum cruise altitude of 41,000 feet.

Currently, there are 220 P.180 Avanti aircraft in operation globally: 5 of the latest generation EVOs, 126 of the second-generation Avanti II, and 89 of the original Avanti.
Piaggio Aerospace will exhibit the Avanti EVO at stand 398 at the Dubai World Central airshow site.
